Determination of oxygen in wine | |
| Since more than 2000 years the winegrower try to stabilize and minimize the oxygen content in wine. So they want to avoid unreqsted oxidations which can damage the quality of wine. Therefore O2 - measurements take place at different test points (production, storing, bottling). With the new digital LDO technology this analysis is as simple and safe as before.
